All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services, including tutoring sessions, study plans, NCLEX support services, digital products, and downloadable resources, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

By purchasing from XPERT Nursing, you acknowledge that you understand the service or product being purchased and agree that all payments are final.

Tutoring sessions and personalized services require reserved time and preparation. Because of this, missed sessions, unused services, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Digital products, including PDFs, checklists, study guides, downloadable resources, and course access, are non-refundable once purchased.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product or booking confirmation, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

If XPERT Nursing is unable to provide a purchased service or product, we will offer an appropriate replacement, rescheduled service, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
