All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our services and digital products, XPERT Nursing does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed.

This includes tutoring sessions, personalized study plans, NCLEX support services, courses, digital products, PDFs, checklists, study guides, and downloadable resources.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understand the product or service being purchased and agree that all payments are final.

Tutoring & Personalized Services

Tutoring sessions and personalized services require reserved time and preparation. Missed sessions, unused services, failure to complete purchased services, or changes in personal circumstances do not qualify for a refund.

Any rescheduling or cancellation of tutoring sessions is subject to the cancellation and rescheduling policy provided at the time of booking.

Digital Products & Courses

Digital products and course access are non-refundable once purchased. This includes PDFs, checklists, study guides, downloadable resources, online courses, and other digital materials.

If you experience a technical issue accessing a digital product, course, or booking confirmation, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

If XPERT Nursing Cannot Fulfill Your Purchase

If XPERT Nursing is unable to provide a purchased product or service, we will provide an appropriate replacement, reschedule the service, or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
